Christmas lighting at Misawa!

Christmas is coming! Upcoming there are several places that will have Christmas tree lighting ceremony. They had fireworks as well but we left earlier as both of us could not stand the coldness.

Its was -1 degree, way too cold!! The moment i stepped out the car, how i wish i could go back in again! 4 layers of clothes with snow hat, scarf and snow boots are not enough. Glad we left earlier as due to frozen road and crowd leaving after the fireworks, there was accident happened around the area.

Japanese driving on the road are usually considerate however there are plenty that disregard rules and regulations. There was a car that overtook 2 - 3 cars in 1 move as he was too impatient to drive within speed limit and that's not the 1st time i seen that happened and cars that do not signal when turning or changing lane. Especially elderly drivers or elderly pedestrians, they do not notice their surroundings and often drive or cross the road as they want. Hope that with slippery road conditions in the winter season, all drivers should drive with caution.

So romantic! Shota do you realise, this is the 1st Christmas that we get to be together
