Harvest Edamame alone was tough, but since S won't be back so soon, I had to do it myself. Took me 2 hours to pluck one by one. After that I had to boil them and remove the shells as those edamame would be spoil if they are not eaten with a few days. I had to boil it 3 rounds and by the time I officially everything it was 3 hours later. Kind of envy those farmers with their high technology machinery, farming is so labour intensive! It was good exercise though, my arms and fingers were aching badly the next day.
Now time to make edamame gohan (rice)!
