Tokyo Day 4

On day 4, we went to Tsukiji Market in the morning. It was raining heavily so its a pity that the rest did not get a chance to look around. We were busy finding specific sushi restaurant to have our breakfast. We went to their wholesale centre then after which most of the stalls are packing and cleaning up. Usually it opens from 4-5am i think, but there is no way i want to get up THAT early and we have to take cab there. Cab fee is super expensive in Japan.

We moved on the Sky Tree, the latest skyscraper in Japan. Its was situated within a shopping centre so you should allocate more time if you intend to shop around. Normally if i tour around myself, i would not pay to go up to see the view but with Shota, he said we have to go at least once. So up we went!

Its nice to tour around the big city, catch up with current trends of fashion, do people watching and dressing up. But i was really glad that i was going back home, Misawa. I am used to having a car and drive around easily, here in Tokyo i have to walk so far to get to station, then climbed up n down the stairs. City life in Tokyo is not so appealing for me in comparison to my countryside life. I like to have my own space and that's scarce which one would have to pay high price in Tokyo.

@ Tsukiji, we finally found the sushi restaurant

1500 yen set that comes with potato salad and soup. wish i can eat it again!

this is the place we ate.

we walked to wholesale centre
