At the stage where I need to attend weddings and everyone starting a family... Hence, house is another big investment to start a family! My friend warmly invited us to her house for house warming (its common for newly wed couples to invite friends and relatives when they move to the new house) and prepared all the ingredients for the steamboat. In return, the guests would either give household items as gifts or give cash. Our group is getting bigger every year with husbands joining in, next time hopefully their kids!
