Day 4
Started another course of inducing and the pain was beyond my limits. Every hour the pain intensified and i wanted to smash the needle away and tell them just kill me or the baby instead. Shall spare you the gruesome details of delivery process. To be frank, the induction pain was the worst compared to my delivery. Still shudder at thought of it.
Later on i found out they prepared operating table for c-section in case i could not deliver naturally. If that happened, the thought of strangling my gyane did cross my mind. Looking back I understood why the doc made the decision, natural birth does have its benefits.
I was able to walk around after birth. In fact, i went to chat with my new found friend until we were advised by the nurse to rest. The weariness only kick in the next day. Going to toilet was not an issue even after the anesthesia wore off (of course i was taking pain killers). In comparison, my friend (natural birth w epidural, not sure if she was induced) commented she could feel the burning pain on her thighs even when she took painkillers. Or was it because the extreme pain i suffered during labour that other pain became insignificant lol!
P.S usually newly mothers will post and upload pictures with captions how joyful and appreciative they are with their baby. My first words to my baby was "怖い". Really looked like alien :p
