1 Day Trip to Nara (Part 1)

Osaka to Nara only takes around 43 minutes by the train and we brought Nara Bus Pass (1 day unlimited rides) as the set offered by JR counter. Like other cities, getting the bus pass is a must since you will be getting on and off the bus throughout your visit and each time already cost you 200 yen. Nara is the first permanent capital in history of Japan and full of historical temples and legacy.

As usual, we went off visiting the shrines. The most striking attraction was the deers! They were everywhere in Nara park and not afraid of the people. Very used to the tourists and quite tame until..... they thought you are going to feed them. That's when they started to turn aggressive..... Biting, nudging to get the food. They had no patience for the tourists to feed them bit by bit... they want it fast and the whole piece! I really don't recommend you feeding them since they are tame enough for you to get close enough to take pictures.
