Hawaii Day 4 (Last day)

Bye bye Hawaii, it was a wonderful trip and i hope to come see you again! But i might think twice judging the awful trip back home was killing me.

We took 9 hours return flight, 2 hours traffic jam from Narita to Haneda, 1 hour flight to Aomori (That was the last flight back to Aomori and the screen kept showing there's possibility that we might need to fly back to Haneda if the fog was strong, then we have to fly another hour back and stay in hotel), thank god it did not happened, then drive 2 hours back to Misawa. Back to the freezing weather and our FREEZING HOUSE, where Shota realised our pipe outside our house collapsed due to snow accumulated on top of our house came crashing down. I was standing in my house not able to doing anything as i was too cold to move.  Very fun in Hawaii but no fun back home lol!

that was our ride to the airport. How freaking cool! It costed the same as normal cab.

Hawaii Day 3 Cont

We continued to walk along the streets back to our hotel following the path that cab drove previously. Sunny and breezy weather... Love it!!!! Who knew that i will treasure the sun now, since back in Spore im always travelling underground and taking the long way to avoid the sun.

We saw a fire station when we were in the cab and Shota was determined to find it. Luckily it was really prominent and along the main street. There was lady fire-fighter half Japanese half Hawaiian explaining to us but only lasted awhile when they had emergency and needed to go. Hence we walked back to the end of the beach and i realised the zoo was located there! It was only 15mins walk from the hotel where the zoo was, had i known i might wish to visit it. Oh well.. we were running out of time and i was exhausted from the walking and swimming earlier. So back to the hotel and took a nap then.

Hawaii Day 3

Day 3, everyone went on to do whatever they wanted. My father in law went to beach alone to suntan and the rest of us went to have breakfast at Hula Grill. They served very tasty breakfast and the waitress attending our table was very friendly. However, before that when we were asking for table with sea view, they told us we had to wait for it and if we want with sea view it will be even longer wait. While i was explaining to my mother in law, the counter staff thought it meant we need to consider first and we waited 20 mins for nothing. Since she took my name and asked us to wait at the corner, i did not thought much about it until Shota questioned me why were those arrived later than us got seated and those waiting in queue all had been given a device. Shota went  up to them and asked them about it then they realised we were waiting and were seated immediately. It was worth the wait!!

After the breakfast, Shota and i joined my father in law at the beach for swimming and took a stroll ourselves to the places my friends recommended.

Ono seafood at Kapaful avenue

The fish was so fresh and didn't taste raw. Best was the sauce so flavourful!

This was just as good! around $8 usd.

Sachiko's recommendation. Seems like a local fav place for poke! Alot cars driving in and mostly youngsters,

Unfortunately we didn't like it so much, very artificial taste. Our spore ice kachang is better +p

Kristi and Bao's recommendation.

Plenty asian restaurants located around the both food places we went

Hawaii Day 2 Cont

Later in the afternoon, we went back to shopping area to pick up my okaasan and obaachan. We then drove down to Oahu North Shore famous for its massive waves for surfing lovers and its laid back charm. Its was probably close to 2 hours drive to get there.

For dinner, Shota wanted to go to the famous steakhouse but since the ladies were feeling tired and could not walk that far, we went to Chinese seafood restaurant instead. The food was yummy! Way beyond my expectations, most of the staff were Asians, some were speaking Cantonese to each other.

Popular dole plantation for tourist stopover. It has a huge pineapple farm to tour around.
